Chandrabhanu Pattanayak, Commonwealth Scholar at the Doctoral Programme in Communications, McGill University, Canada; Earthwatch Research Grant, Boston, USA; Presently, Dean, Faculty of Expressive Cultures, Media & Communications, HZU. Formerly, Academic Director, School for International Training, Vermont, USA; Consultant to Institute of International Education of Students, Chicago, USA; Senior Consultant to the SAARC Apex body in India, Director of Institute for Cross-Cultural Education, Bangalore and Producer at IGNOU.


Dr. Anita Dighe, Adjunct Professor, Directorate of Distance Education, went to the U.S. on a Fulbright Scholarship and has a Ph.D. from Ohio State University. She has worked in Jawaharlal Nehru University and IGNOU and retired as Director, Campus of Open Learning, University of Delhi. She has worked on short-term assignments with UNESCO.
